“In May 2008, we went live with a new website that was initially designed by L9.  We rarely do anything the easy way and some functionality we wanted was not already readily available.  The people at L9 have been outstanding to work with throughout the initial design and the regular day-to-day maintenance of our site.

Overall, the content management system is easy to use and offers us the ability to update and change our site at a moment’s notice.  One of our most popular web site features is our Tyndall Trader, a special e-Classifieds section of our site on which members can post photos and information about items they wish to sell online.  L9 created this very quickly for us and it has been quite successful in bringing members to our site.

The people at L9 with whom I have worked – especially Spencer Pryce – are wonderful and very helpful.  It seems like no matter what we ask for, they are more than willing to make it happen.  As with any software, some issues may crop up from time to time with the CMS.  When that happens, however, L9 is very responsive, regardless of the time of day.  I don’t think I can recall any time where I have had to wait for a resolution to a problem.
